Today has been a good day.

Went shopping at Home Depot and Target with my mom. Got a lot of stuff I've needed for forever. (And also insulation foam!) Hung out and helped make fancy three bean salad.

Spent some time sitting outside (in the sun! in a tank top!) and writing stuff for no_true_pair. ♥ (cadence/no_true_pair OTP?)

And it still early! Plenty of time for video games and more writing. :3

ETA: Speaking of video games! Another couple awesome things: After singing a song I'd heard in the grocery store all through making dinner, I said to myself "Y'know, I think I'll play Rock Band for a little bit." And I went to the Rock Band store to pick up the ending song from Portal since it's free (I still haven't finished the game, but Kiwi, it's the song from that thing). And then! I was looking at the other songs, and they had the song I was singing through dinner for sale. ^__^ So I bought it and got 5 star vocals (on Medium) first try. :D

Also, in honor of the weather, which was something like 80 and sunny today (wasn't it snowing two weeks ago? I think Seattle does not understand this "spring" thing), and also because it's easy, I made this for dinner:
